After more than two decades of experience in the field of aviation across companies such as City Bird, DHL, and Maximus Airline, coupled with an increasing interest in the flying sector since his early years, Jonathan Colignon decided to gather the knowledge and expertise he acquired over the years to create Usawa Aviation Services.

Usawa, meaning equality in Swahili, was chosen to honor the equality of the driving forces with which the company operates, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. In the highly competitive environment that is aviation, Usawa was formed with the goal of proposing a competitive take on what an aviation solution provider company is, to better serve the clientele.
